I've been facilitating groups since 2008, first as a grassroots organiser and soon after as a member of a workers' co-op (Seeds for Change and Navigate), where I worked with a wide range of social-justice organisations throughout the UK for the next decade. Since 2019 I've been working freelance, and currently most of my work is with workers' co-ops, housing co-ops and with other organisations with a social-justice focus.
